You can choose to Click & Collect your order from our Smoke-King Tobacconist store (Google Maps), inside our Barber & Bennett Wines & Spirits store in Otley, near Leeds. Open six days a week, ordering is easy, and collection is completely FREE.

How Click & Collect Works
Step 1 - Order Online
At the checkout select the Click & Collect option. Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday 11am-3pm
Step 2 - Park Up
When you arrive, take a free parking space and pop into our shop - it's called Barber & Bennett.
Step 3 - Receive Order
Pop to the shop counter and let us know your name and the order number.

How do I know if an item is available for Order & Collect?
All our in-stock products are available for collection. The product page will show a green banner informing you of Order & Collect availability.
What time can I pick up my Order & Collect?
Orders can be collected Monday to Friday 09:00am until 5:00pm and Saturday 11.00 until 03.00pm If you have a special request, please let us know, and we’ll do our best accommodate.
How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
You’ll receive an email from us to let you know when your order is ready for collection. This email will contain your order number, our address and collection instructions.
What do I do when I arrive to collect my order?
Park up in a free parking space and head on into our Barber & Bennett store.
