Arturo Fuente Double Chateau Fuente Cigars – Box of 10
The company was founded in 1912 by Arturo Fuente Sr, and located in Ybor City, Florida, which at that time was home to some 200 different factories. Primarily a brand local to Tampa, in the 1970s, Arturo Sr. and his son Carlos decided to move the company to Nicaragua in search of new markets.
The revolution there forced the company to relocate to the Dominican Republic, where it is still based today.
Produced from tobacco cultivated in the rich soils of Dominica these medium bodied cigars have a great flavour and are much loved by aficionados worldwide.
The Double Chateau Fuente Toro measures 6 3/4″ and has a 50 ring gauge, the Connecticut shade wrapper is partly cedar wrapped, which adds to the mystique, the binder is Dominican and so is the filler, all cultivated on the Chateau de la Fuente estate.
Smooth and well balanced with a perfect blend of tobaccos you can sit back and relax in the knowledge the next 70 minutes or so are going to be just perfect.
Light up and there’s notes of cedar, some woodiness with a touch of spice and nutmeg, you don’t smoke Fuente cigars, you experience them.
